  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! We ship worldwide.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We work hard to ship items SAME DAY when orders are placed by 3:00 p.m. CST. However, please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders, depending on the number of orders that have been placed during the time of your order. Orders are processed in the order that they were placed. Once orders are processed, you should allow up to 10 business days to receive your orders, even though most orders are received within 2 business days of them being shipped. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    Preorder Items: For items listed as a "Preorder" item, allow 2-6 weeks in addition to the time for processing and shipping.

    ***Items that are shipped from the designer (uniquely designed items) and Waistcinchers may take an additional 2-3 weeks (business days) for you to receive because they are considered custom orders.

  • When will you restock items?

    It depends on the availability from our supplier. However, we do keep a close watch on the availability of our items here on our website to do our best in keeping items in stock, especially our best selling items. If you are interested in an item that is completely out of stock or your size is not available, please feel free to contact us to request it to be restocked. We try our very best to please our customers.

  • How do I pay for my order, and is it secure?

    Plus size items are true to size.

    Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) for your questions/concerns to be addressed, even though they are usually addressed much sooner.
